New Hyundai Venue Variant: The company has recently launched a new variant of its SUV model in India: the Hyundai Venue. The Hyundai Venue is among the few SUVs launched recently in the Indian sub-compact SUV segment.
Hyundai has launched a new Venue in India from the Executive trim based on the base model, available in MT trims. Its pricing is ₹ 40,000 more than that of the ordinary variant.
New Hyundai Venue Executive Variant
Hyundai Venue New Executive Variant features an 8-inch touch screen infotainment system with digital instrument cluster and Apple CarPlay connectivity with Android Auto. Other highlights include 2-seat reclining rear seat, driver’s armrest with storage, automatic AC control, cruise control, electronic stability control, automatic headlight setup and 6 airbags, tyre pressure monitoring system.
This variant comes with some more features than the base variant.
New Hyundai Venue Engine Specifications
To operate it under the bonnet, a 1.00 liter 3 cylinder turbo petrol engine is used which generates 118 bhp and 172 Nm of torque. This engine option comes with idle start-stop technology. In this, you have been given the facility of manual transmission.
However, the Hyundai Venue is available with two other engine options – 1,2 naturally aspirated petrol engine which produces 83 bhp and 114 Nm of torque and the other a 1.5 diesel engine producing 110 bhp and 250 Nm of torque. All these engines have an option of five-speed manual and six-speed manual transmission.
New Hyundai Venue S(O) specific announcement
Special update on S(O) along with this update for turbo petrol variant of Hyundai Venue has electronic sunroof and foot lamps for driver and passengers. Other than this, the new Hyundai S(O) Turbo trim is priced at Rs 10.75 lakh with six-speed manual transmission and Rs 11.85 lakh with 7-speed DCT gearbox ex-showroom Delhi.

The competition for the Hyundai Venue in the Indian market includes the Tata Nexon facelift, kia Sonet, Renault Kiger, Nissan Magnite, Maruti Brezza, and Maruti Fronx.
